I’m sure he wouldn’t mind, but I don’t think he’s going for top-of-the-charts. If he was, he’d be putting out more commercial material. Deciding to come out with what is essentially a 60’s/70’s-style folk album is most likely not going to produce a #1 Billboard hit, and I think he knows that. (Personally, I think the album is lovely and includes some of his best work.) I think he’s happy making the kind of music that is meaningful to him.&n

I really don’t think that anyone who wants to be close enough to sit in the first row will care if they have to crane their neck a bit. I sat in the first row for Liza’s at The Palace and it was thrilling
