Dec. 8th with shows at 5pm and 7pm. The story will be brought to life by your favorite public radio personalities and Golden Globe-winning actor from Broadway and film Kathleen Turner as Scrooge. Limited tickets available. Fred Newman of A Prairie Home Companion returns to provide sound effects. Featuring music by composer/pianist John Forster and electro-acoustic violist/composer Martha Mooke. Directed by Elliott Forrest.

Join us in The Greene Space for an exclusive preview of the new production, including cast performances of classics from the beloved score by George and Ira Gershwin. The evening also includes a conversation with members of the creative team: acclaimed choreographer Christopher Wheeldon, who directs a company of international and Broadway virtuosos; Rob Fisher, the production’s musical score adapter; and Stuart Oken, lead producer of AN AMERICAN IN PARIS. WQXR’s Elliott Forrest hosts.

It is semi-staged with actors, scripts in hand, moving around the 100 seat Greene Space. Live Sound Effects are performed by Fred Newman from A Prairie Home Companion. With live music. Suggested costumes are worn.
