This song has become one of my new favorites and I think it would be perfectly fine performed by students as long as they have a good understanding of the song and recurring themes in ASSASSINS. I just remembered that Ruthie Henshall and John Barrowman performed this song in the most-recent B'way production of PUTTING IT TOGETHER. The lyrics were changed and performed as a love duet.
