How Much Do Broadway STARS Make A Week?

When the "Rebecca" debacle happened a few years ago, it came out in court filings that the several leads were to have made $7,000 per week IIRC. And none of them were "big stars."

FWIW I saw the Wicked tour last May in Dayton. My Playbill lists P. Jason Yarcho as the conductor.

When the "Rebecca" contracts were made public, it was reported that "Principal actors were to be paid $2,200 to $7,000 a week. I won when the tour was in Louisville and they were premium orchestra seats - row H, dead center.

I have $68 tickets for Louisville in Row C of the Grand Tier. The price drop from $95 was too good to resist and I think being a bit farther back for Newsies might be a good thing for perspective.
