So I caught the premiere of Idol: The Musical in Syracuse NY a few weeks ago. OMG, this show is hilarious!!! It centers on a group of teens who worhsip Clay Aiken and try to become the opening act for his next tour. The music is fantastic, the characters unforgettable, and the script absolutly a riot. There's a few numbers throughout that will literally leave you laughing until you cry. I would definatly urge anyone (Idol fans or not) to catch this show in July. It's got something for everyone.
