Pop/Rock Audition Songs for Rent?

I'm auditioning for Rent fairly soon, and I'm looking for some audition songs, preferably something with a 90s feel, if you have anything. We're allowed to do non-musical theatre songs, so any pop/rock songs you have would be great! I'm going for Mimi or Maureen, so any song suggestions you have for either of those characters would be absolutely fantastic! Thank you!

I do have a vocal coach! We have picked out a contemporary ballad, and are now looking for an up-tempo before 1970 piece.
