One reference I picked up on that I haven't noticed anyone else mention was during the beginning of the film, while it was still animated, there is a part where a turtle is helping Giselle dress and the turtle falls and goes into his shell and a bunch of animals laugh at him; this is directly from the Disney animated classic "Robin Hood".
Also, if you have the soundtrack the first couple notes of the track "Nathaniel and Pip" are 100% "Beauty and the Beast"
