A friend sent a FB post about that great streamlined ferry boat in Seattle about to be scrapped. It made me think about how the Haus Vaterland was multi level entertainment. Is the NOONE in Seattle with any vision to save that ship and do this with it?

There is a fellow on YouTube who regularly adds to his playlist of synchopated German dance hall numbers on old 78s. It all seems to be 1920s through early 30s. Here is a link...

Hi CABARET fans. We have an art studio in an 1890s carriage house in Philly, and we're forever restoring obscure images and transforming them into big prints.
One I worked on some time back was a delightful image of a VERY Sally Bowles-ish character from Kempinski's wild multi level and multi stage cabaret, cafe and restaurant complex in Berlin called the Haus Vaterland.
Less underground than the cabaret we're familiar with, Haus Vaterland had a real budget to work with, b
