re: Beauty and The Beast Overture
 Aug 29 2006, 11:56:12 PM
When my theatre company did the show, we had an overature that started right after the prologue and flowed into the beginning notes of "Belle." It was a standard overature, nothing surprising or special. From what i remember- it was very powerful at the beginning, and that's all i really remember about it.

 Mar 25 2005, 10:27:59 PM
Hey everyone-
My friend burnt me a copy of island about two years ago, and i have absolutly no idea which cast it is, london or broadway. i would ask him, but he moved and i haven't talked to him since then so, i was wondering if anyone could help. all i can say is that the actors have extremely strong accents.

Thanks so much!

i don't know a whole lot about monologues from Seuss books, but the leads are pretty much horton, jojo, gertrude, and the cat in the hat. smaller leads are like the mayor, his wife, the sour kangaroo, and the wickersham brothers
