Hi! I received a cancellation line ticket in row H and everyone in my row except for one was in a wheelchair. A woman was sitting in a spot the wheelchair would go since they are removable seats but they moved her to the front mezz section. So they will not kick you out if a handicap person does show up but they may move you depending on space and seating situation.
