mlsheehan nailed the production in his review! I was disappointed after seeing it since we had read the book beforehand. The play tells a very different story and changes everything, in addition, unexplainably changes parts of the story that are important. I also thought they did a poor job with Peter's character, not sure if it was only due to the actor, although I agree that he wasn't very charismatic. Elise was reinventing Peter and the story for adults, and it simply didn't seem to work.I'd
