Don Stephenson is amazing in this role!! He is funny, passionate... he carries the whole production on his back! Why do you think this production is so terrific? All the other characters have such an easy job compared to Adams. They just have to do their scenes and move on... Dpn has to be the motor for the whole show. Not to mention the fact that William Daniels was terrible as Adams, completely wooden throughout the movie, showing no passion at ALL! I don't know what you saw up there
