Hey everyone,
Danny Larsen and Michelle Elliot (winners of the Jonathan Larson and the Kleban Awards) have launched an Indiegogo Campaign to raise funds for their 8-part musical web series, The Hinterlands.
The Hinterlands is an eight-part original musical web series that explores the life of a gay kid named Paul. Living in the middle of nowhere (the hinterlands) in a rural “Red State,” Paul struggles with bullying and prejudice, and contemplates taking his own life. The Hinterlands is our response to the ongoing wave of young LGBT kids who have committed suicide because the hatred they faced made them feel as though their lives were unbearable.
