He said this at the UN, and he said similar speech at Cooper Union. He is NOT a dictator. You do YOUR homework before spouting neo-conservative American backed pro-Israeli rhetoric.
As far as learning something, this man spoke as plain and simply as George Bush ever did. The inherent difference here is Chavez is telling the TRUTH. Why should citizens in the wealthiest most powerful nation in the world be lied to day after day? I understand people can pick up a newspaper or go online. Why should they have to? Why can’t the government be honest and tell the damn truth?
If you ever get the chance to visit Europe or anywhere in South America, India, Africa, Asia or the Middle East ask someone what they think of the USA and our policies.
As far as Democrats supporting Chavez, hardly. Anyone that disagrees with anything the Israeli government does is a wrong and will be treated as such. This is done by Democrats and Republicans alike (where do you think they get their campaign contributions.)
