Switching from PC to Mac?

Posted: 12/2/05 at 2:28amI did not want to switch to a mac. I was begging my dad not to make me wheni went to college, but he thought it was the best. and boy, am i glad I listened to him. I am on my powerbook roght now, which i think is worth the $700 extra. my friend has an ibook and she doesn;t like it. with the right click, i just got a bluetooth mouse. It's easy to set up (which you have to do everytime you turn it on or turn the computer on). But I had laptop mouses so had to get one of those. size is up to you. i got the middle size one. works great. it's just so much better and easier and faster I think, since it can;t get viruses. and the powerbook i have is pretty lightweight. I have no problems. so, have fun researching. GET A MAC!!!!! lol.

That's why the G5 desktop computers have been out for almost two years, while Apple's laptops are still running on a G4 chip.
Ah, that's why. I've been wondering about this... Thanks, BW.
siren - it sounds like you want the Powerbook

Well, it might make your laptop blow up and catch on fire if you try to do that.
You can hook up anything to a laptop that you can hook up to a desktop if you have the right USB or Firewire ports on your laptop.
