Hi everyone. A quick question. I recently purchased tickets for my sister and myself to see Anthony Rapp and Adam Pascal at Town Hall next week. I purchased the least expensive available (balcony) because I live out of state and was worried about other expenses for my trip. Now it looks like I may have some extra money after all, and my tickets have already arrived in the mail. If I wanted to get better seats, what would be the best way? Would it be possible to ask to pay the difference for an upgrade at the door?

Most ticketing agencies have a "no exchanges" rule but it never hurts to ask. Personally, I would suggesting calling the agency the place where you got the tickets and asking. Waiting until the day of the show could mean all the "better" seats are gone.

I never did it over the phone, but I did upgrade seats at the box office, just had to pay the difference. Did it the day of the show and got awesome seats, front row center mezzanine. My friend said the seats were held back to get a premium price, so I lucked out, I paid regular price with a discount code. I am not sure if Town Hall has premium seats but it is possible they hold back some good seats for members.
