Posted: 4/11/12 at 3:24pmWhat would you, BWW, recommend: A Streetcar Named Desire or Peter and the Starcatcher? A friend wants to see both (apples and oranges, I know), but we only have time to see one.

Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY from Streetcar. It was so boring and there was absolutely no tension. Shameful to see William's beautiful play staged so poorly.
Plus, Peter and the Starcatcher is the best thing I have seen this season. It is everything you could want in a Broadway show and more. See it. I can't recommend it enough. Their tickets are really reasonable too. And they have a lotto.

Posted: 4/11/12 at 3:43pmI haven't seen either yet, but I'm planning to see Peter. Streetcar only if it goes on TKTS and only because I'd like to see Daphne.
