Posted: 3/16/14 at 1:14amIrene Cara had the distinction of being the star of both, Gotta Tu Go Disco, and, Via Galactica! How is that for a double header. She got her start in, The Me Nobody Knows, and of course, The Electric Company (PBS).

Irene Cara also appeared in the film Fame. As for Got Tu Go Disco, it was a hoot in a funny-bad way, far more enjoyable than In My Life or any of the three shows I mentioned previously. The score, as well, was easier on the ears than many of the dreary bores that have won Tony Awards... or are about to.
