Michael Keaton picked a juicy role for his comeback. It is a wicked satire on Broadway. He has a confrontation with the critic of the Times (portrayed here by a woman) which alone is worth the price of admission. She wants to close the show down without even seeing it. He has a line basically saying when someone cannot hack it as an artist they become a critic .
The ending was a little convoluted but everything else leading up to it was great. The geography of some of the scenes is off the mark but if you do not know the area it will be ok.
If you like a good story, see it. If you like Broadway, definitely see it.
