It was reported that all the songs will be in the movie except Be Prepared .... Tim Rice also said Beyonc will sing a new song

As all probably saw on BWW's main page, Be Prepared is now confirmed to be in the film. I'm surprised they'd consider cutting it. IMO it's the best song in the film and musical scores. Threatening and foreboding music and fantastic foreshadowing lyrics that detail Scar's motivations without giving away specificity for his plans, really engaging you to find out what he is concocting. 

But then again, villains always get the best songs! LOL
