I'm looking at getting seats in row A either on the right or left side for Company - the second seat in on either side (A3 or A4). Are these partial view seats? They don't have anyone in front, and they're reasonably priced. Will I be able to see the show adequately from one of these seats, and if so, is it better to get the seat on the right or on the left?

I sat in the house right and house left side in that second seat in row A for this show. You do miss a little bit of the stage on either side -- but sitting on the house right side is FAR better (IMO), because if you're on the left side you miss a lot of great bits during the scene in Bobbi's bedroom.
