This started NT Live screenings last night. It's one of the most acclaimed performances from last year, by a very buzzy actor, and yet there seems to be far less buzz about it than Comer's one woman show. It's not as widely appealing a play I get that. I wonder if between Comer and Snook's production, which is also being talked about as more fun, this might not have a further life. There was already chatter about Snook's transfer for the upcoming year, but none for this.
