College Stuff and The Lottery

1)Can anyone tell me good things about Pace University- NYC Campus... other than it's in NYC! :)

I'd greatly appreciate it... I got accepted with a really large scholarship and am excited that I can choose to be in NYC (still close to home-NJ- but soooo far :))
I haven't heard much about it... I really don't know. I am planning on visiting in 2 weeks or so.

2)also- i didn't want to make 2 threads, in fear of being online yelled at...

What "The Lottery" like? -The play based on the short story by Shirley Jackson... what is the cast like?

I've heard some great things about Pace, but not too much about their NYC campus. But I guess you can't go wrong in NYC anyway! The girl I know who goes there loves it, but does think it's a little small. I don't know if it helps at all, but you should definitely visit it to get the feel for yourself!

Does anyone know about Ithaca College's Park School of Communications? I've been accepted into the program as an incoming freshman, and would like to know a little more about it... thanks!

I know people there (the campus in lower Manhattan - I'm not sure if that's the only one) and they're very happy. But you definitely need to visit for yourself before you make any kind of decision or committment. That's really important. Congrats on your acceptance, though!

Are you planning on majoring in musical theater? Or something that I wouldn't know anything about.

I'm planning to major in Communications/Advertising, Marketing (PR)
or Education. lol. most likely Communications. the reason i want to be in nyc though is cuz of the oppurtunities put forth for me to audition and perform.

I just got cast as 'The Student/God' in "The Whole Shebang!" I'm really thrilled. I also got cast as a speaking role in "The Lottery." I'm quite excited. This'll be fun!

still wondering about colleges though so if anyone knows anything that'd be of help... please tell me.
