KEl- I didn't mean to ignore you - I've been in Chicago with no internet connection! Glad I searched back in the archives and found this thread!

Only New Years Eve would be bad for me. And possibly the 30th because it's my daughter's birthday, but heaven forbid she spend the evening with the mother who labored for 13 hours to give birth to her! (not that I'm bitter, you understand!)

According to my best guess estimate, there are @ 20 BWWers in the DC metro area. Some of them only post on the main message board. I've been trying to access the D.C. board, but I only get the D.C. theatre news. Did they change the regional message boards while I was gone?

EDIT: I just got the D.C. message board, so that's ok (maybe I'm the one who's not ok).

I'm seeing The Show That Shall Not Be Named with my family at some point, I will find out what day exactly within a week or two, but I think Dec 27-New Years will be fine for me.

I'm planning to be in DC from the 22nd to the 28th, but I could extend by a day. Yeah... I know, haven't bought my tickets yet.

I'm going to see Wicked on the 24th, but other than that I have no plans.

Sounds great. How about the HArd Rock. I have been trying to find the freakin thing since I started to go to DC 3 years ago. I know a phonebook would have been the smart thing to use, or to *gasp* ask for directions, but I'm not that smart. I finally know where it is and I am going to head out there at some point. Its a fun all ages environment. Sound like a good idea?

Dr. Bluemoon won't go near a BWW gathering. He'd be a real drag on the festivities anyway. Hard Rock sounds just fine to me.

Date? It seems that you and DD will only overlap by a day or two, so we need to look there.
