buenos dias mojitians...
Taking the day off... a couple of dr. appts. well placed so that it made no sense to go to work and be in and out. So I'm taking a sick day... but my boss knows about it.

Posted: 6/20/05 at 10:56amthe weather in Philadelphia has taken a turn for the better - 78 and sunny... the only drawback is some guy is across the street hawking the Discovery channel's "Who's the Greatest American?" show - he's been blasting through a sound system since 7:30 this morning!

Swell, thank you...
The weather was somewhat cold and cloudy, so we basically scrapped the hanging out by the pool part of the day... was also my Mother-in-law and Brother-in-law's birthdays, so we ended up at a BBQ at my in-laws... my kids were lots of fun...
Best present I had was listening to C5's rendition of "I am not dead yet" from Spamalot... very entertaining!

C7 was in rare form yesterday, I heard Rent, Q and Red Lips - which everyone hates but he and I.
We took a long walk along Lake Michigan at Montrose Harbor, such great view of the city.

Morning everyone!
Mom (and dad) just left to go up to San Francisco for prep and then surgery tomorrow. Hard to say goodbye this morning, hope everything comes out well.
Both sisters just left for camp as well, so now I have the house to myself. Anyone want to come over to keep me company? I have an ocean view and a hot tub...

I'm on my way L...
Is it 'let's bug people with construction' week. They're repaving or something our parking lot, and I had to get up at 7:30 am (on a day I have off) to move my car, and cars that weren't moved were towed. And now there's all this noise and aromas in the air.

Finally I'm in a place with no construction! It's very nice and peaceful!
Actually, at our health club, they are building bacci (sp?) ball courts, does that count?
I leave tomorrow morning to go back to NY.
