A NEW BRAIN auditions

hi all,

i have an audition for a new brain coming up. Its one of the few shows im not that familiar with. I was wondering if someone could tell me more about it, good auditions songs ( i need an uptempo and a ballad) and what part i should try out for as an 18 year old.

i was actually considering most of the songs you suggested, so at least i has somewhat of an idea of what i was doing haha.

oh one more thing for anyone who reads this. i remember that the sheet music for elegies is not available. at least i dont think it is. I have a ton of sheet music but nothing that i think fits what i will audition with. Does anyone happen to have any of the songs that were suggested in the first response to this bulletin?

any other time i would get off my rear end to find it but i need it SOON.

I know that at least a couple songs from Elegies, including Any Time, are on the Infinite Joy recording...it's just a bunch of William Finn songs, and I think there is sheet music available for that.
