If you're referring to Broadway, I'd say the Gershwin. If you're referring to...errrrrrrrrr...close to Broadway, I'd say City Center. They are both pretty big.

For Chitty, didn't the Hilton lose seats for some reason? I seem to remember them losing capacity.

timote, i think that was in reference to the hilton is losing seats compared to how many were there when it was the ford theatre, because that used to be the biggest.
I'm 99% sure that the theatre with the largest stage area is The Hilton (Ford Center for the Performing Arts).
