Does anyone own the piano sheet music for Hedwig and the Angry Inch? I was just wondering if it's any good and worth buying.

I love the music from Hedwig. I don't have the sheet music for it, but you can find the song book at Sheet Music Plus.

I haven't looked at the published version - I musically directed a production of it last fall so I have that music - I think they're actually very similar and in the same keys.

I glanced through the published book and it's decent - so much of that show instrumental wise is improved - in the real score there's not much written. It just tells you waht key it's in and you make it up as you go along, in most instances, so the published version is kind of...adapted, but it's not by any means BAD, and it looked very very simple.

The version of the score you get when you do the show is a manuscript of the show at best. Its written like lead sheets for rock music. The thing it is closest to is the rocky score you get from dramatist. The new published version is worst buying: its written out and practically identicle.
