Peter Filichia, the wonderfully witty critic, author, awards nominator and host extraordinaire, has written a new play, ''For the Public Good.'' It's playing Wednesday, June 11, at 7 p.m. and Thursday, June 12, at 3 p.m. at the Tank, 312 W. 36th St., NYC.
Nikita Burshteyn, who got rave reviews for the Off-Broadway musical ''Romeo and Bernadette,'' stars in Filichia's ''gutwrenching'' one-man show. Burshteyn plays Christopher, a kid obsessed with guns. Tickets are $23 (includes $3 service charge).
