Just when you thought it was safe to win the lottery...

What is with that guy in West Virginia who won the largest Powerball jackpot ($315 million) a couple of years ago? It seems he's always getting into trouble one way or another (i.e., people breaking into his house, someone being found dead in his house, getting arrested, etc.) I just read the story on USA Today's website.
