This Kerry sounds good because her name is nice. Has she ever done anything before? Is this Little Shop the one about the ice cream shop and people who are in love with each other in letters but hate each other in real life? I love that little shop. All shows about little shops are good, supposedly. I think Amour had a little shop in it, didn't it? Is it good?

I heard Little Shop with Alice. The orchestration is much more powerful and I think, from what I hear, the song's tempos have been slowed down a wee bit. Not much though. Hunter sounds phenomenal. He does the nerdy NY accent perfectly. Whoever belts "Alarmmmmmmmmm" can sure as hell belt the cow out of it.

ya i heard some of the stuff, it sounded awesome, i never did hear audrey II (billy porter) sing, no sound bites????

Billy Porter was great. He didn't give Audrey II the satanical voice it had in the OBC and Movie (he stayed on a low range), but it still sounded scary and great.

Last5yrs he didn't go all over the place and riff to heaven and back with this tremendous vocals??
his renditions of beauy school drop out, and his turn as Jimmy in Dreamgirls is enough to know that he is one of the most talented male vocalists out there. I thought he would make the earth shake with his rendition and go high, besides, audrey II IS a girl... I think that when the show continues and they are looking for replacements they cast Jenn Holliday as Audrey II, the plant IS a SHE!!!!

No Way! I am campaigning for Jen Holliday to take over as Motormouth in Hairspray when Mary Bond Davis leaves!
Notto mention Karen mason for Velma Von Tussle

Woah Woah Woah Robactorguy,
Ive never heard his renditions of Beauty School Drop Out or him as Jimmy but Ill take your word he riffs it to perfection, all I know is he sung a low ranged powerful Audrey II when I listened to it. Audrey II isn't a girl silly. It's a hermaphrodite!

I love Little Shop of Horrors. And Kerry is phenomenal in everything she does. She has an amazing voice. She will be a great Audrey. Hunter is great as well. The entire show looks great. And, by the way, Billy Porter was also in the original cast of Songs For A New World, a show that I also love. But he wasn't on the recording.

Gavin is amazing- and my favorite male actor out there. I have seen Millie three times; twice with Sutton and once with Catherine Brunell. And I do not know if I plan to see Bounce. The pictures I saw don't look that great. I'll find out more about it, though. There are shows I want to see a lot more than that that are coming out: WICKED, Little Shop, Never Gonna Dance, etc.

I think this show will go far! I don't know why, but I have a feeling it might win some Tony's. I might be wrong, who knows.

We bought tixs for January 3rd. Originally, they were selling the tickets until the end of Feb. The man at the tickets booth said they were not selling well and he was only selling until January 3rd...
