I went to the box office tonight to inquire about rush, and the rush policy is $26.50 per ticket, two tickets per ID, when the box office opens, best available seats.
I was given Front Mezzanine, Row C for tonight's performance.

I chose, and my world was shaken- So what? The choice may have been mistaken,
The choosing was not...

I just got back. The seat was Front Mezzanine Right, Row C, Seat 22.
The view was partially obstructed, but it was totally worth it.

So THAT'S what your text/what you did tonight, Andy. So awesome. Sorry I didn't come with (I was in NJ). But thanks for the info! Worth the $26.50 even with side-view? No potential to move during intermission?
Eugene, at another performance there might have been a chance to move, but this was a Saturday night, and the Orchestra, at least, was full.
Since this production is a limited run of about a month and a half, I'm assuming it's going to be quite filled.
But like I said, your best bet to move seats would be if you go on a weeknight, in previews if you can.
It was still worth it even with the obstructed view. I missed a chunk of stage left, but not much went on over there. Most of the action takes place center stage and stage right.

when I did rush the show was basically sold out, but rush was easy to get-I got side mezz row B about 2 hours before the show. The show was haunting, I still can't get parts of it out of my head (that's a good thing!).
I did rush two weekends ago on a Sunday (4/27), got there about 12:05pm. My seat was Front Mezzanine Row C, all the way LEFT, obstructed view. Couldn't see anything going on at the Sink, but everything else was clear.
