Once upon a mattress audition and show help

Hey! I was Dauntless when my school did Once Upon a Mattress. Unfortunately, it was the most boring show I've ever done. At least for me, anyways, because there really aren't any really good male songs. I really don't think your voice would be suited for Princess Winnifred.. a belty alto/mezzo-soprano fits that role best. Lady Larken definitely requires a strong soprano! Our Lady Larken was a really airy soprano who sounded awful. If you want a really good acting part, try out for the Queen! She only gets one song, but she has the largest speaking part and it's a really fun part to play! If you care more about singing, then go for Larken! "Yesterday I Loved You" is a pretty song.
