Every site that I go to for Student Rush info, it always says "Per Vaild ID"...But they never elaborate on what VALID means. Would someone explain EXACTLY (DETAILED) how a student rush situation might work. Much Thanks!
You really need to know what "valid id" means? A current student ID. Generally with a photo....it's not complicated.
At my school we don't have Student IDs with a photo. That's why I asked what VALID means, I figured it meant a photo, but I wasn't for sure and I'd rather not get to the theatre and have them laugh in my face for not knowing..I figured the replys I got on here would be more acceptant considering the knowledge that you all have. It was just a question, regardless of how simplistic you think it was, there's no need to be an asshole to me.
I wasn't an asshole. I just come off that way.
I'm sure they won't turn you away if it's not a photo. I've never had a problem with anything before...they usually don't even ask for ID.

I always get asked for ID- it's not a problem because mine has a photo. But I did once see a friend get a rush ticket for I Am My Own Wife even though her ID was in Japanese.
We only have Proofs of Enrollment, the admissions offices give them to us and it has our SS, names and address along with their official seal stamped on it. I didn't know if that would work or not or if you HAD to have a photo.

The better a show sells, the stricter it will be. And some of them do want a photo ID. I think if you combine the document you describe with a driver's license and act polite, you should be okay.
Excellent! Thanks.
