Hi
I would like to get tickets for Curtains. Please could someone let me know if the box office is likely to have a different selection of tickets to Telecharge? It's difficult for me to get to the box office, but I'll sort something out if they're likely to have a better selection.
Thanks!

And chances are, you have a shot at better seats through Telecharge because you can select through a bunch of options and then decide which you want without having to deal with the attitude of a box office worker.

Posted: 4/5/07 at 1:51pmI know some box office personnel definitely have "an attitude" and its so uncalled for but the costs of purchasing tickets online is ridiculous. And I find that you can often better communicate your idea of an ideal seat (which may be different from Ticketmaster's or Telecharge's) at the box office. For that reason I don't purchase online anymore unless I absolutely have to.

I have occasionally gotten better seats at the box office than what I saw available online. Whether that's from a cancellation or not, I don't know.
But I'd rather take the subway into Manhattan and go to the box office than pay $2.50 for the "convenience" of using my own ink and paper to print a ticket. Plus the "service charge" that's automatic too.
