Just saw an article saying that the current standby for Aladdin's Genie, Major Attaway, will take over the role beginning Tuesday, Feb. 21, so sounds like JMI might be there until Feb. 19.

Glad to hear that Wayne Brady did a good job in his first show as Burr. I saw the saw in December with Joshua Henry and it would be very hard to follow him!
Did you hear the news that Tony Winner James Monroe Iglehart (Genie in Aladdin) will join Hamilton on Broadway in April as Lafayette/Jefferson? He is a friend of LMM and was originally involved in the Hamilton Workshops as Mulligan when he was offered the part in Aladdin. I bet he will be great as L/J!

My teenage son and I flew up to Chicago from Florida to see the show December 10 (I used to live there) and we totally agree with you - we loved the cast! Joshua Henry was unbelievable and Miguel has a wonderful singing voice. So glad we got to see Joshua before he announced his departure.
