Belasco seating

I am getting ready to book tickets to Farinelli and the King for my husband and me, but I am clueless about seating. I see that they've turned the first two rows into banquette seating. There are a couple of seats available there in the second row center. Aside from that, it would be center orchestra L. Prices are the same. I've not been to the Belasco before (from Virginia), and banquette seating isn't something I've seen addressed online.
