Hello, Dolly! SRO in Mid-December?

I'm curious as to whether or not anyone has recently tried to purchase SRO tickets to Hello, Dolly! with Bette Midler on a two-show Saturday? When I called Telecharge to ask about the Hello, Dolly! SRO policy, I was told that SRO tickets will be sold only if a performance is completely sold out (including premium seats). Is this true?! I'm concerned because it appears that there are about 15-25 premium seats left in both the balcony (or mezzanine bec
