I am so impressed by the amount of love and care that is put into this tour. I assume it's the producers doing the work?

The worst season I've seen. I believe I'll be canceling my subscription. To follow 2:22 A Ghost Story with Paranormal Activity is so odd. Also, Mama Mia was at the Pantages just a few years ago.

I could have sworn that &Juliet was part of this season? I guess I'll just have to buy a single ticket for next.

Unfortunately, I just got off the phone with them. They were very nice, but their hands are tied. I will have the option of trading my show as always, but I doubt my good seats will be a possibility. Additionally, I have a sneaking suspicion these seats will cost more than my subscriber trade value. 

I am a bit annoyed with the LA Phil/Bowl/Whoever. I've had a season subscription for 8+ years that has always included the musical on the first Friday. I was once again set to have it this year. Then, after the Erivo announcement, they switched around our dates and it no longer includes this show. I can't help but think it's because of the money they'll make with the high demand. Understandable from a business sense, but gross and disappointing. 

All jokes aside, I'm glad the Bowl is bringing the musicals back in such a big way. The slow demise of them over the past 5 years was sad to watch. 

Totally agree with your review. Overall I loved it, and what a joy. However, this afternoon the entire audience stood through the last 3 songs because we thought we were giving them a standing ovation and then they would awkwardly start another song.

Is there actually talk of an LA run?

Caught the final performance, and I enjoyed it very much! Everyone gave great performances, and Idina sounded great. During curtain call she got emotional and thanked the staff, and hinted the show would live again somewhere else. 

I hope he takes it to LA. Anyone hear anything? 

Thanks for the info! Are front row seats a problem? Will they be able to take in all the projections? 

Interesting that Harry Potter will be at the Pantages for 4 months. I wonder if longer runs are required due to the special effects? 

Ah yes- & Juliet and Parade are a given for Ahmanson 

WOW- Pantages has a great season. I am sure Parade will go to the Ahmanson. It was already successfully produced by them a long time ago. 

Saw it last night, and there was an overture. 

Any recommendations for where to have dinner before the show? 

Has anyone seen it yet? I have closing night tickets and I can't wait to hear what people think.

It is a very weak season. Is the Funny Girl tour non-equity?
