I've tracked this for years. They have a public nom form on their site & I have been trying to get them to wake up as we are losing our stars. Scoop is no direct standard but generally 30 yrs in the arts with accomplishments (undefined). Yes they skipped over some people as they began to follow a modern trend (Doris Day, Carol Channing, MTM).
