The History Boys

Does anyone know if they are planning or are even thinking about a tour of the show? If not I'm sure some regional theatres or universities around my area (Minnesota) will produce it.

I would like to use "Role of a lifetime" for an audition, does any one know where I could get the piano part for this song. Any help would be great.

I probably not going to see Wicked, I don't mind the music I just think there are other things I would like better.

Has anyone herd of "Touch of a Poet"? It looks interesting but I don't know anything about the show or the actors.

Also does anyone know if the cast of Doubt is still intact? I would love to see Brian F. O'Byrne and the others.

Thanks for the help so far. --Patrick

New York in January

I am planning a trip to New York for mid January. I am look for some input into some shows to see. This will be my first time to Broadway and New York. I have funds for 4 shows, and maybe if I can get one a Student Rush ticket. I will be seeing RENT for sure, and The Color Purple looks very good. Any input would be great, and not just musicals if there are any straight plays that are worth it let me know. Thanks in advance for the help. – Patrick

I recognize that what I am looking for isn’t completely legal. I also realize that there are many out there who have a copy of these shows. All I am looking for is for someone willing to help me out. If there was a legal way to do this I would, and I think that most with a copy of this show would agree with me. –Patrick

I wouldn’t go to eBay because as I said before that I find wrong, that is someone else making money other than the writers and producers who would normally gain from a CD sale. --Patrick

Sorry Bwaytheatre11 I miss understood what you had said, and I agree that it would be much more illegal to pay for it. --Patrick

If there was one to buy. Because they never released anything officially I don't have that opportunity, or else I would. --Patrick

Sort of legal as much as I know, Im not asking for a copy of something you can Buy which would not be legal. The Jam Band community tapes concerts all the time and uses B&P to distribute those shows. I am not taking money from the show as there is not offical recording out. --Patrick
BARE

I was wondering if someone out there who has a copy of either the NYC or LA runs of BARE and would be willing to do a B&P with me, or sent up at FTP page or something like that. Basicly a B&P works like this, I would mail you a blank cd or how ever many it would take along with postage, and then you could copy the show and then send it to me. Any help you could give me would be great, all I can find is the 11 sample songs that are on the website, and I know that people out there have copys of bo
