Not to digress into a political discussion, but pinning the blame solely on the IRA (thanks in part to the mindless contributions by Yanks) is such a gross oversimplification of the situation. It's not like the IRA is the only group with blood on their hands. Take a trip to Derry (formerly Londonderry) and pop in to see The McGavigan's. Chinkie, I think you're actually thinking of the Biograph, located in the Lincoln Park neighborhood (no where near the Loop theater district). It's the theater where John Dillinger was gunned down. Yes, the alley is supposed to be haunted. The Biograph was purchased by the Victory Gardens Theater (they won a regional Tony a couple of years ago). It is also currently under restoration.

The Equity Jeffs are Nov. 7. Non-Equity Jeffs are in June. Equity Jeffs cover Equity productions in Chicago August 1, 2004-July 31, 2005. The producers of "Wicked" incorporated the production in Chicago (Wicked Chicago, Inc.), making the sit-down a Chicago production. Equity Jeffs noms are announced in September
