re: R&H favorites

Everyone is forgetting the best of all!

1- BABES IN ARMS!
2- OKLAHOMA!
3- ANNIE GET YOUR GUN
4- CINDERELLA
5- FOOTLOOSE

I know some of these..arent really "RnH" but they are licensed by RnH and the thread didn't specify that the Authors had to be RnH it might just be the licensor (if thats even a word)! any way those are my favorites!

Theatrical Question For Someone Who Knows Broadway Very Well.

What are the Best Shows that can be done With a community theatre? I know many factors contribute to how this can be decided. Here are Ours:
1)We have only a 15 Thousand Budget.
2)There is alot of talent. We have teens that can go up to a HIGH "F". (she is the daughter of a music major). and Extremely greta actors/actresess. So talent isn't problem. Especially with Males.
3) The only other factor would be dance, we have Greta dancers but not enough dancers whom can also sing.

Hello,
Our Local community theatre (DESERT OPERA THEATRE) has decided to put on Les Mis: School Edition. And i Haven't seen it yet, i bought the Soundtrack and i Am in LOVE with it! THE songs rule! But i have some questions which i hope someone can answer:

1) Is Javert Black (African-American) Becuase his voice seems like he would be.

2) Are any of the songs in the original version not in the School edition? If so which?

3)Are any of the songs transposed to better fit
