I myself would rather get the sale instead to support my tenants,but I don't own a theater chain.
In a response to another question I saw in the thread, the reason you would want to use Apple Pay is it is more secure than a normal credit card because a random token is generated every time you use it so it can't be reused like a normal credit card number.
