Generally speaking, the York only makes cast albums for shows that don't already have one, have been updated since their initial recording, or have some other compelling reason why a recording would be warranted. So, in the case of something like the Baker's Wife, which already has two quality album versions in release, it is unlikely that a recording would be made.

Gotta emerge from my long-time lurking to share my personal horror story:
My parents and sister were in town visiting me, and they wanted to see Wonderful Town. We'd settled in and were enjoying the show, particularly my mom, whose light opera company had produced Wonderful Town in their previous season.
