Honestly? Eighth grade...

The Attack Of The Giant Green Grasshoppers.

The Synopsis....

At the science fair, the exhibits are goofy: vegetarian piranha fish, Hamburger Helper face cream and wrinkle-free bacon. Unfortunately, Pamela's green potato project was rejected and she vows revenge. Meanwhile, on the remote island of Malibula, something awful has happened at the "Unusual Bug Research Center." The once friendly grasshoppers have turned nasty. What has this to do wi

Everything in its time, Little Sally. You're too young to understand it
now, but nothing can kill a show like too much exposition.

Little Sally
How about bad subject matter?

Lockstock
Well -

Little Sally
Or a bad title, even? That could kill a show pretty good.

Great show, great score- way underdone.

I played Doc in that one- but as a female. Interesting casting, but fun for me!

re: Can actors really cry every night onstage?

I'm no broadway actress (yet).

But I find that if I am into my character enough, if I am fully focused... the tears usually come. I have cried of relief on stage, of greif, of sadness, of happiness. If the emotions are there, and the character is real to me- I can. But sometimes I find its even more poignant not to cry.

Ever read the end of Death Of A Salesman? "Help me- I can't cry." Much more poignant then if she broke down.

7th grade, I saw Beauty and the Beast. I had loved to act and sing all my life- and seeing a broadway show for the first time was a dream. I remember being in such awe. The costumes, the talent, the effects... it was the first time I ever looked at a stage and went 'I need to do that for the rest of my life.'

That planted the seed. The next month I saw Les Miserables, and was so taken by the music and the story that I honestly began to shake. The character Fantine, for some reason, effe

I loved mine- great quote, iffy show.

Here I go,
Theres no turning back,
my great adventure has begun.
I may be small,
but I've got giant plans,
to shine as brightly as the sun.

-Little Women, Astonishing

I thought it was really appropriate.
