A Singers Call!?

When a casting notice says they are looking for singers and list the character breakdowns....does this usually mean the parts listed are JUST singing required? Or is there a chance they will spring a dance callback audition?

Kyle was boring to watch and sounded like every other male in musical theatre...boring! People really get caught up in looks huh?

Boy Today- Boring, Not orginal, Sounds like everyone else! Has talent, but not blown away! He sorta has the same sound and tone as John Tartaglia( who is great!!!). Blah!
Girl Today- Unique! Fresh! Great audition clips!
But who to vote for hmmmmm? hmmmm? Who is everyone else leaning toward?
