Thanks antiandrewx, it'll be my first SA experience!

I'm pumped, especially for Mr. Groff.

Spring Awakening Weekend Student Rush
 Jan 27 2007, 12:21:35 AM
Yes, I did read through past threads about SA rush, but the most recent was more than 2 weeks ago.

Does anyone know what rush is like on weekends now?
I'll be getting there around 9:15/9:30 tomorrow for the matinee. How does that sound as far as the recent crowds?

Anything will help.

She is my FAVORITE Broadway performer.

I cannot wait for "Les Miserables."

I would give my left arm to see Celia as Clara. My right arm too. Heck, I'd just about give anything.

How was her Pirelli, penguin?

I did a show this past winter with Jessica. Her main instrument is actually violin...go figure!

Has anyone see Jessica Wright go on for the Beggar Woman or Pirelli? Has she gone on at all?
Spelling Bee Seats Question
 Jun 26 2006, 09:47:57 PM
I have a quick Circle in the Square/Spelling Bee seat question for those of you who have seen the show/been inside the theatre.

I'm seeing the show in a few weeks and have seats in that second BB row. I was wondering how they are as far as how the show is set up, the seating, the theatre itself, etc. I've never been inside, so I'm not sure what Circle in the Square is all about. I also heard something about actual risers being used in the audience besides the risers the contestants u

re: Bare

There was a sampler CD released months ago which included...11 of the songs I think? I haven't revisited 'Bare' in a looooong time. Since the massive Bare Thread, it's been pretty quiet.

Oh, and I believe that synopsis is credited to BlueWizard who wrote it out on the original Bare Thread.

It's beautiful.

I really have to search about this show. I know nothing about it!

All I know of is this adorable picture of Sutton from nytimes.com.

I was in Manhattan on Thursday, and they were putting it up as we were walking by. From what I remember, it was very bubbly and cute. Orange/yellow/red I think? I should have taken a picture, but I think it suits the goofiness of the show. I think it just said "The Drowsy Chaperone." No pictures and such.

Good. I was worried I'd miss LuPone's facial expressions, but then again, you can probably see them from any seat.

Sweeney Seats
 Feb 17 2006, 10:35:43 PM
Hey there all,

I have a quick question about the mezzanine at Sweeney Tood. I'm not familiar with the Eugene O Neill Theatre at all, nor the show's new staging. I have tickets in left rear mezzanine, and I was wondering what they're like. Anyone's opinion about the whole picture of the show from the mezzanine and/or the quality of the seats would be great.
