Tech, I'd agree with your assessment that the show now works. I saw the show in Chicago and last night, and there were tons of great changes.
One thing I'd like them to change is to have a definite ending to the show. Right now with the short reprise of the Wedding Song and then straight to the bows, it had me bewildered.

danhattan - You should get a ticket for the first preview. The energy in the theatre for a "first" show is so cool.
And I forgot to comment that I love the new range for the Queen's duet in "She who has all".

Well, how much fun was all that rehearsal coverage! I get chills when I hear the entire cast singing "A Day Beyond Belclaire". I have tickets for the first preview, and I can't wait!
