Thanks, ozone81. Did they enjoy the Grinch, and were you happy with the front row or would you have preferred to be further back in the theater? With kids, it's always a mixed bag. Oh, they see PLENTY of live performances. In the last 16 months, we've attended Broadway productions of Beauty & the Beast, Lion King (twice also), Memphis, Peter Pan and also attended Cirque Dreams, Blue Man Group, the Nutcracker, and several others. We're traveling to Chicago next Spring with our 8 year old daughters to attend Mamma Mia. We're going to the two matinees. We're Orchestra Center, Row 4 for one performance, and Orchestra Center, Row 1 for the other. Are we going to be disappointed in the Row 1 seats? I've never been in the Cadillac Palace Theater. Is the height of the stage and/or the positioning of the orchestra going to make us wish that we were a few rows back with young kids (who LOVE Mamma Mia)??
